Compliance

“Doing the right thing” is a core value to SLB Capturi. We believe the success of our products and projects rest on achieving success in the right way, ensuring good governance through all parts of our operations and business activities.

Respecting human rights
SLB Capturi supports and respects internationally proclaimed human and labour rights. We shall ensure that our business operations do not cause or contribute to any infringements to human and labor rights. We are guided by laws and regulations and acknowledged standards on ethical business conduct.

We will not use child or forced labour and will not tolerate working conditions or treatment that conflicts with international laws and regulations. We have a zero-tolerance approach towards modern slavery and human trafficking.

SLB Capturi has established guidelines and routines to safeguard human rights and decent working conditions throughout our operations. We will assess and evaluate actual and possible adverse impact on human rights and decent working conditions in our operations and business relationships. Where there is a risk of adverse impact, due diligence is pursued, and measures is taken to mitigate negative impact.

The Norwegian Transparency Act applies to SLB Capturi in Norway and abroad. The law promotes enterprises’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and the provision of services. SLB Capturi will publish information on an annual basis about how we address adverse impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
